PACKAGING AND PRODUCT QUESTIONS 

How will the gift be packaged?

Our products are carefully packed into our custom-made gift boxes. We surround them with cushioning shred to keep them secure and protected during transit. We place your card inside the box after we have handwritten your note.

We then place the boxes into one of our shipping cartons to ensure everything arrives safely, securely and looking beautiful.

Our custom-made gift boxes have been designed to be repurposed as a keep sake box or storage box. We would love to see how you use yours. Please tag us on social media and use #mamacarekit so that we can share the creative ways you re-use your Mama Care Kit.

Do the pre-made boxes come with a card?

Yes, you can choose your card from the selection on the website and we will write your message on there for you.

Do the products and boxes change?

Yes! We are always searching for the best products to help Mama’s enjoy a moment of self-care. We will definitely introduce new products from time to time. 

How can I include my product in your boxes?

We would love to consider your products for our boxes. Please email us at Claire@mamacarekit.com.au

I don’t know what they would like. Can I buy a gift card instead?

Absolutely. There is a Gift Card option on the home page. You can choose in increments of $50. The recipient has a year to cash in their gift card.

I’m buying this as a gift, will it include any receipts or pricing?

We always assume that our boxes are gifts. There will be no evidence of pricing anywhere.

ORDERING QUESTIONS

I have a question about my order.

I want to add a message to the order.

There is a space to leave a message before you check out your order on the website. We will handwrite that message on a card for you.

I want to customise my order.

We love working with people to create custom gifts. Email us at Claire@mamacarekit.com.au and we can work it out together.

Do you cater for Gift Registries and Baby Showers?

Can I order in bulk for friends / family / employees / clients?

Yes! We love organising gifts. Email us your requirements and we will work with you to create the perfect gifts.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY QUESTIONS

Can I get my gift delivered in a hurry?

Yes, please email us once you have placed your order and we will work out the fastest way to get it there. Please be mindful of the delays caused b y Covid-19. We will do our best to work around them.

Can I specify a delivery date?

Yes, please email us once you have placed your order and we will ensure it arrives on the date requested. Please be mindful of the delays caused b y Covid-19. We will do our best to work around them.

How will I know it has been delivered?

You will receive a tracking notification once you place your order and again when it is delivered.

What if no-one is home or can’t get to the door?

If the recipient isn’t home to receive their Mama Care Kit, our courier’s will look for a safe and dry place to leave it.

If they are unable to find a safe place, they will either be taken to a local postal depot for collection or it may be returned to our warehouse. If it is returned to our warehouse, we will be in touch to arrange re-delivery which will incur re-delivery fees.

What’s your return policy?

All sales are final. We don’t accept any refunds or returns unless an item has been damaged. Please email us Claire@mamacarekit.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your gift explaining what has happened. Please include photos of the damage.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Sydney, Australia.

Where do you ship to?

We are an Australian business so our primary destinations are within Australia but if you have a special request, email us and we’ll try our best to help with international orders.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

No, unfortunately we can only ship to a physical address.

How much is shipping?

We have a flat rate of $12.95 for all Australian orders.
